From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was absolutely incredible and had every item you could possibly want. The rooms were incredibly cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The food in the restaurant was mouthwatering and made with the freshest ingredients. The tapas were a huge hit! The owners of the hotel were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rest of the staff were also incredibly nice. The bar was the perfect place to unwind and even mingle with the locals. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise at night. The location of the hotel was perfect for nature lovers, with the mountains and Izki natural park right nearby. It was also an easy drive or bus ride to Vitoria. we can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back!

I always return to this hotel. The helpful staff even assisted me in getting sim cards. It has Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and board games. Perfect for my trip.

Our stay at Rural Los Roturos was incredible. The value for money was excellent, with a cozy and comfortable room that had stunning views of the mountains. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to a great running route. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially the owner Katia who welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality.
